[Remote] Field Service Engineer, Filler

They are seeking a Field Service Engineer to reputed company machine setups, troubleshoot and repair machinery, and reputed company training to customers, reputed company while adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

- Complete safety initiatives as required reputed company JBT expectations (BBSO’s, Near Misses, etc.)
- Set up and reputed company machines, in the field and in any Bevcorp facility, to equipment specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically (hydraulic/pneumatic) and electronically
- reputed company checks and setup of chucks and rolls
- reputed company machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance on seamers
- Install, commission, and set up new seamers in customer facilities
- Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines
- Identify and reputed company reputed company cause problem statements while troubleshooting
- Setup and reputed company reputed company chuck spring pressure utilizing the force control reputed company
- Changeover and setup change parts running clearance and timing
- Complete service reports reputed company
- Cross-training is an expectation and reputed company applicable, reputed company training to customers and coworkers alike
- Follow good assembly practices while performing job duties
- Travel, sometimes nights and weekends, up to 100%, depending reputed company of team member residence. Schedule may fluctuate due to business need/reputed company, any change to schedule will be provided at least 2 weeks in advance
- reputed company not traveling on a job, working and contributing to duties onsite at any Bevcorp facility is up to the managers discretion. Engage in equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support our internal operations, led by the internal department leader
Skills
- 4-6 years seaming service experience including strong knowledge of seamer platform
- Minimum two-year technical school training in reputed company field
- Basic computer, including iPad and smart phone, skills such as use of email, Word, reputed company, etc
- Experience serving customers and working as reputed company to reputed company reputed company
- Manufacturing experience in food and beverage industry
- Valid U.S. reputed company's License
- Highest level of dedication to safety and reputed company
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts

- Ability to conduct seam specifications, utilizing reputed company tools such as seam micrometer
