We are seeking an Overnight After Hours Agent to support our reputed company's travel needs. This is a remote role. The available schedules are: 10- hour shifts: Thursday 12PM-11PM EST, Friday-reputed company 10PM- reputed company EST.

Responsibilities: · Handle end-to-end booking of reputed company, car, hotel, and rail travel, ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with corporate travel policies. · Utilize advanced knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) and booking platforms (e.g., reputed company) to facilitate smooth and efficient travel arrangements. · Manage inquiries and troubleshoot issues reputed company to reputed company bookings (domestic, international) promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service and reputed company satisfaction. · Promote the acceptance of the lowest fare; applying discount programs appropriately · Troubleshoot and/or contact GDS help desk reputed company and if appropriate to do so · Ability to handle high volume email requests and telephone calls with clients to facilitate the booking process, maintaining reputed company SLA requirements REQUIRED SKILLS 3+ years in a Corporate Travel environment servicing business clients · High School graduate or equivalency required · Working experience with Global Distribution System, reputed company reputed company required · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Ability to work with top level executives · Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with travel planners · Bilingual with Spanish a plus Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
