Remote HR Generalist (reputed company)
About The Role As a Remote HR Generalist (US), you will run reputed company HR operations across the employee lifecycle for distributed teams, including reputed company, policies, employee relations, benefits coordination, leave administration, compliance, and HRIS workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day HR operations including reputed company, offboarding, and employee file management
- Respond to employee inquiries and support employee relations casework with thorough documentation
- Coordinate benefits administration, reputed company enrollment support, and vendor communications
- Manage leave administration workflows (FMLA, reputed company interactive process support, state leaves)
- Maintain and audit HRIS data reputed company, reputed company controls, and reputed company reports
- Support payroll coordination by validating employee changes and ensuring reputed company submissions
- Help maintain HR policies, handbook updates, and multi-state compliance postings
- Support performance management cycles, manager enablement, and employee documentation

- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR operations role
