About The Role: Our reputed company, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, is seeking Business & reputed company Litigation Attorneys to join its growing California team. This role is ideal for attorneys who want hands-on involvement in sophisticated litigation reputed company and reputed company to take ownership of their cases while working alongside a reputed company-resourced national platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a reputed company of business and reputed company litigation reputed company in state and federal court
- Draft pleadings, motions (including dispositive motions), and discovery
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions, and assist with witness preparation
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and reputed company case reputed company
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices on reputed company litigation reputed company
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed and admitted to reputed company in California (required)
- Experience in business or reputed company litigation preferred; reputed company reputed company encouraged to apply
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and contribute to reputed company environment
- Experience with depositions, reputed company reputed company, and discovery strongly preferred
- Trial experience and/or class reputed company defense experience is a plus, but not required
