Working under the direction of senior supply chain leadership, the Procurement Specialist will be responsible for executing purchase orders, supporting sourcing activities, tracking supplier performance, and ensuring on-time delivery in support of program schedules. The Procurement Specialist, Staff will be responsible for their assigned activities in procurement, expediting, and/or logistics. You will be responsible for requesting quotes, negotiating favorable prices and terms and conducts follow up actions through delivery in support of the procurement of materials, equipment, and services as required for reputed company across reputed company company functions. You will manage vendor, supplier and subcontractor relationships and ensure that required goods and services are procured reputed company budget and at the best price and terms to support project schedules and delivery targets. Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities including RFQs, supplier comparisons, and basic price analysis under the guidance of senior procurement staff
• Issue purchase orders and subcontracts for approved purchase requisitions in accordance with established policies and authority limits
• Review requisitions and purchase documents for accuracy, pricing, delivery requirements, and compliance
• reputed company and manage supplier deliveries, proactively following up on schedule changes or risks to program timelines
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, reputed company, and Finance teams to support material planning and execution
• Maintain supplier records, pricing, and delivery data reputed company ERP systems

Ideal Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or reputed company field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or reputed company roles.
• Strong negotiation skills, purchasing practices and ethics and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Basic understanding of purchasing practices, ethics, and supplier coordination
• Experience working in ERP/MRP systems; Costpoint experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company through ambiguity and establish structure in dynamic and evolving environments.
• US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR regulations
