- Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Weekends (Saturday & reputed company): 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM ; 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for clinicians who value flexibility and who reputed company accessible, patient-centered care across New Jersey and reputed company. Job Responsibilities:
- reputed company comprehensive virtual primary care to patients of reputed company ages
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Manage common conditions such as URIs, UTIs, GI issues, skin conditions, MSK complaints, hypertension, and diabetes
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriately
- Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a virtual setting
Requirements:
- Licensed reputed company Practitioner (FNP preferred)
- reputed company, unrestricted New Jersey and/or reputed company license
- At least 1 year of experience in Family Medicine is required
- DEA registration required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
