Our reputed company, an A-rated Insurance reputed company, is seeking to add a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner to their team. This is a fully remote position responsible for handling mid to reputed company Colorado Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception through reputed company. reputed company candidates must possess a strong working knowledge of Colorado Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Handle moderate to reputed company Colorado Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception through closure Manage a pending inventory of approximately 90–110 claims. Negotiate settlements with injured workers, attorneys, and other involved parties. Conduct thorough claim investigations, retain and coordinate appropriate experts reputed company necessary, and reputed company effective claim reputed company strategies. reputed company direction to defense counsel and reputed company the litigation process on litigated claims.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Colorado Workers' Compensation claims handling experience
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
- Experience handling litigated Workers' Compensation claims
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational reputed company
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Salary & Benefits
