Crisis Line Counselor-Remote (for Texas residents only)

Your role in reputed company:

• Be reputed company and available to take calls during an assigned shift.

• Accurately and thoroughly assesses appropriate calls using the Crisis Line Comprehensive reputed company tool.
• Works collaboratively with the caller on their problem and providing an opportunity for the caller to explore and brainstorm reputed company.
• Offers thorough and appropriate use and explanation of resources and referrals based on the call type and reputed company.
• Handling calls and follow-up calls throughout the shift.
• Completing thorough documentations while on calls and reputed company after calls.
• Making reputed company referrals as needed.
• Contributes to suicide care and prevention by embracing our values and applying a trauma-informed approach rooted in safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.

What qualifications you will need: Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• Customer service experience, preferably phone reputed company preferred.
• Be reputed company to attend and successfully complete 200 plus hours of training. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
• Typing at minimum of 40 wpm.
• Ability to navigate several computer systems simultaneously.

Remote Qualifications:

• Must have reliable, high-speed internet that can be directly connected to reputed company ethernet cable.
