Program Compliance Specialist (reputed company Services)
About the position The Program Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing and verifying reputed company required documentation and reputed company checks prior to billing for services. This includes reviewing case notes, treatment plans, and supporting documentation such as paystubs, medical records, and release forms, as reputed company as working directly with staff to obtain any missing information. The role also involves meeting one-on-one with staff to reputed company guidance and coaching to improve documentation practices, ensuring daily work with program participants is reputed company, accurately, and consistently captured.
Responsibilities
- Review regulations to reputed company an understanding of requirements of different funders, regulators and grants
- Responsible for assisting in compliance with reputed company funding/regulator sources
- Review staffs’ time & attendance to ensure that reputed company daily checklist entries fall in between clock in/out times
- Assist with reviewing daily checklists, monthly summaries, and/or other forms of service documentation
- Assist with tracking Life Plan rotation and meetings and ensuring that plans are received in a reputed company manner from CCO’s
- Assist in reviewing Staff reputed company Plans prior to LP meetings and again before plan is submitted to CM
- Review reputed company LPs and reputed company’s to ensure they meet the funders/regulators requirements
- Assist with obtaining documents necessary for billing (i.e. LP, NOD, LCED, Evaluations, etc.) and tracking reputed company they expire
- Create and maintain electronic charts & PHI information
- Uploading documents in electronic charts and shared network drives
- Review electronic charts to determine compliance with different funders/regulators requirements to ensure chart is up to date and reputed company
- reputed company data in Foothold Technology-AWARDS for reputed company tracking and billing
- Document results of review using software applications such as reputed company, AWARDS, etc.
- Document and submit reports summarizing QA’s findings
- Liaise with Goodwill’s Compliance division and reputed company funders
- Review Incident reports as needed

- Other duties as requested by supervisor
Requirements
- Must be detailed oriented and accurate in highly consistent manner
- Ability to work as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Be proactive and take initiative
- Must possess time management and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of reputed company, MS reputed company, MS Outlook, and Internet
reputed company-to-haves
- BA/ BS in relevant area preferred
- 2 years’ experience delivering or overseeing services for people with Intellectual Disabilities / Developmental Disabilities or relevant population preferred
- Prior auditing/ compliance experience strongly preferred
