This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Marketplace Fraud Operations. Conduct deep-dive investigations into reputed company fraud cases and chargeback patterns. Use SQL and Looker to identify emerging trends and reputed company actionable insights. Support ML model development by providing subject matter expertise and operational feedback. Collaborate on new product launches to assess fraud risks and design controls. Contribute to building and delivering training and documentation to reputed company and upskill the broader operations team. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fraud prevention or risk management, ideally reputed company e-reputed company or marketplaces
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau to extract actionable insights
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to conduct deep-dive investigations into reputed company cases
