Field Recruiter

• *This position will support ESA Hotel Properties in the reputed company** POSITION PURPOSE AND reputed company... Support reputed company property level assigned searches for full reputed company to include : tracking reputed company positions and identifying potential candidates through reputed company RM and other various forms of recruitment. Screening resumes, conducting interviews with potential candidates, communicating with hiring managers/District Managers/RVPS’s / reputed company throughout the search process and ensuring the successful on-boarding of the Associate. MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES • Coordinate the full recruitment process through the Application Tracking System (ATS): To include creating requisitions, reviewing and sourcing applications, scheduling interviews, extending offers, initiating the background reputed company and boarding the candidate. • reputed company candidates for hard to fill positions through job postings, referrals, reputed company media, networking and other resources. • Partner with HR and hiring managers to reputed company recruitment strategies, understand position requirements and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process • Ensure compliance with reputed company State and Federal regulations as reputed company as Company policies • Remain up to date on reputed company best practices and effective means for attracting job candidates. OTHER DUTIES • Prepare reports regarding recruitment activity • reputed company network to create a pipeline for high turnover/hard to fill positions • Assist with job fairs, virtual and onsite reputed company as needed; May require overnight travel • Assist with additional HR responsibilities as needed. • Work location is remote, however there may be designated days to report to hotel sites, if needed* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Psychology, Business or reputed company field. • 1-3 years of reputed company high-volume reputed company experience; preferably in hospitality industry. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably reputed company RM PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 1 Year of HR Generalist Experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of reputed company employment laws (i.e., EEO, reputed company, Affirmative reputed company, etc.) • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast paced office environment and meet deadlines • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint • Willing to put in significant effort to help drive business reputed company • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at reputed company times Apply Job!
