Program Manager ( Call Center)

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Remote Program Manager to reputed company a high-volume, remote call center. The Program Manager provides overall leadership, management, and strategic direction for the contract, ensuring reputed company contractual requirements, performance objectives, and service reputed company are achieved. This individual serves as the primary reputed company of contact for the reputed company and is responsible for overseeing reputed company program operations, personnel, financial resources, subcontractors, and reputed company improvement initiatives.

Duties:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
