About the Role: As a reputed company SDET - Mobile, you will own and drive the reputed company reputed company for our mobile applications reputed company using Flutter. You will reputed company mobile test automation efforts across iOS and Android, architect reputed company automation frameworks, and introduce AI-driven solutions to improve test effectiveness, speed, and reliability. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, & DevOps teams to ensure high-reputed company releases, while mentoring SDETs and setting technical direction for the QA organisation. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical depth, leadership, and a reputed company-looking reputed company toward AI-assisted testing.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company end-to-end mobile testing and automation for iOS and Android applications (Flutter-based)
- Architect, enhance, and own reputed company mobile automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Flutter Integration Tests, reputed company, Maestro Test etc.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing (test reputed company, failure analysis, flaky test reduction, intelligent reporting, reputed company-based workflows)
- Define and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, performance, reliability, and non-functional testing
- Debug reputed company issues across automation reputed company, application behavior, device/platform differences, and CI infrastructure
- Own release reputed company, including automated regressions, risk assessment, and final QA sign-offs
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Dev, and DevOps to improve testability and reduce production defects
- Mentor and technically guide SDETs and interns; set coding, review, and automation best practices

- Continuously improve QA processes to reduce cycle time and increase confidence in releases
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in mobile testing and automation, with reputed company-level ownership
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter-based mobile apps and testing frameworks (Flutter Integration Tests, Appium, reputed company, Maestro etc.).
- Excellent programming skills in Dart, Java, Kotlin, or similar
- Proven experience designing and maintaining robust, reputed company test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of mobile-specific challenges (platform differences, lifecycle, performance, memory, network)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, reputed company, Copilot, custom LLM workflows)
- Experience with reputed company device farms (Firebase Test Lab, reputed company, reputed company)
- Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Codemagic, reputed company, reputed company Actions)
