The Software Test Manager is responsible for leading reputed company engineering, validation, and release readiness across the APS portfolio. This role ensures that automation platforms, workflow software (LIMS/ELN/LES), liquid handling systems, and integrated customer workflows meet performance, reliability, compliance, and interoperability requirements. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, systems validation, automation engineering, or reputed company management.

• 3+ years of leadership experience.

• Experience leading global cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycles.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD environments.

Preferred Qualifications
