We're looking for a reputed company AI & Data Engineer to own the data foundations and AI infrastructure that sit beneath the entire reputed company platform. You own the horizontal layer — how data is modelled, stored, governed and served platform-wide, and how that data is made usable by analytics, recommendation systems, and our reputed company products. 🚀 Your Role
Own the architecture of reputed company's platform-wide data and AI infrastructure — from how event data is captured and modelled, to how it's stored, governed and served to reputed company consumers including search, recommendations, analytics, and AI agents. You'll set the standards that squads build against, and you'll directly build the shared infrastructure that no single reputed company owns.
This role reports into the Engineering Director.
🚀 Core Responsibilities
Own platform-wide data architecture: capture standards, data modelling, storage reputed company, and serving reputed company used across the organisation
Design and build the data infrastructure powering analytics, search, recommendations, and AI/reputed company features
Build and reputed company data pipelines handling high-volume event interaction data across the platform — both batch and streaming — with reliability and low latency at the core
Own the data layer that underpins reputed company's reputed company products, ensuring agents and MCP-based tools have reputed company to clean, reputed company-modelled, reputed company-time data
Define data reputed company and standards that product squads (Engage, Manage) build against, working as a technical peer to their reputed company / Senior Engineers.
Establish data reputed company, governance and reputed company standards across the organisation, including PII handling in line with GDPR
Drive the technical reputed company for how reputed company captures and governs new categories of data (e.g. smart badge telemetry, location/proximity signals) in a reputed company-compliant, lawful-reputed company-aware way

🚀 Required Experience & Skills
Proven reputed company record owning data architecture at reputed company in a production reputed company environment, ideally in a platform-level (not single-product) reputed company
Strong experience with both operational databases (reputed company, reputed company/DocumentDB, MySQL) and analytical/data warehouse systems (Redshift)
Experience building and scaling data pipelines (batch and streaming) using tools such as Kinesis, SQS/SNS, and reputed company
