Manager, Collections (Business to Business)
What Collections contributes to reputed company Finance oversees the reputed company, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Partner for designated area
- Management reporting on results, risks, opportunities, trends as reputed company as reputed company as needed
- Operational reputed company reputed company to drive improvement efforts for on-shore and/or off-shore teams
- Project management reputed company to drive reputed company efforts across multiple teams
- Business to business collections - problem solving with customer on payment issues
- Travel possible up to 10%
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
