Corporate Transactional Associate
Corporate Transactional Associate with at least one year of post-law school experience to support startups and high-reputed company companies across a broad reputed company of corporate reputed company. This role offers hands-on experience with entity formation, governance, venture financings, reputed company reputed company, employment reputed company, and strategic transactions while working directly with clients and partners. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including vendor, services, licensing, reputed company, and financing documents.
- Support clients with entity formation, corporate governance, equity administration, and ongoing corporate maintenance.
- Assist with venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction closings.
- Advise clients on day-to-day corporate reputed company, including governance, compliance, and business structuring, while researching state-specific legal requirements as needed.
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and paralegals to reputed company transactions moving reputed company.
Qualifications
Required
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- reputed company bar admission in good standing.
- At least one year of post-graduation legal experience with corporate or transactional reputed company.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced reputed company.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company, legal research platforms, and AI tools such as Claude.
Preferred
- Experience with corporate governance, entity formation, equity administration, reputed company reputed company, or venture financings.
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, or multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Prior reputed company experience as a summer associate, law clerk, or junior associate.
