RESPONIBILITIES:
- Use critical thinking skills and respond quickly and professionally under stressful and sometimes emergent situations
- reputed company clinical assessment and nursing triage to a wide reputed company of patients across the health continuum and/or health education to culturally diverse populations
- Assists in directing patient to the most appropriate level of care
- reputed company telephonic health information and nursing education

- Helps patients to participate in other external programs or resources available to them to improve their health
- Work in collaboration with Telehealth providers by referring appropriate patients who may benefit from a “virtual care visit”

QUALIFICATIONS: Education
- Nursing Degree (Diploma, ADN, BSN) required
Certification and Licenses:
- reputed company, unrestricted RN licensure in the state where the candidate resides with the ability to obtain multi-state licensure is required
- eNLC preferred or ability to obtain
Previous Experience:
- Two to four years of clinical experience required
- Hospital experience on medical-surgical, critical care, or inpatient care setting preferred
- Experience in Emergency Room, EMT, or Triage experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be reputed company player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with reputed company members of the reputed company team (nurses, physicians, care managers, reputed company workers, etc.)
- Understand health insurance, community resources, and other areas associated with coordinating community-based reputed company

- Knowledge of Hospital Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)

- Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours
