Registered Behavior Technician In Home ABA Therapy

About the position Advanta Autism Care provides compassionate, high-reputed company ABA services to individuals and families across the Colorado reputed company reputed company, including Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, reputed company Collins, Loveland, and surrounding communities. We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about helping individuals build independence, strengthen communication, and reputed company important life skills in a supportive and engaging environment. An reputed company RBT certification is required at the time of hire, and we are not reputed company to consider applicants who are not yet RBT certified for this role. Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company ABA therapy in home and community settings based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support reputed company development in areas such as communication, reputed company interaction, daily routines, safety awareness, and independence
• Collect accurate session data and communicate reputed company reputed company with the supervising BCBA
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to help maintain consistency across environments
• Assist with preparing session materials and implementing individualized programming
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at reputed company times
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration

Requirements

• Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or behavioral health services preferred
