About the Role: Hospice Patient Care Coordinator - Clinical Operations Specialist We're seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Hospice Patient Care Coordinator to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient records to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and program-specific rules.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Three (3) years of clinical experience, including:
