NPI Engineering Manager, Motors Manufacturing
The primary role of Engineering function is to apply advance skills and knowledge of manufacturing engineering discipline to reputed company and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities and documents, in order to meet the reputed company and reputed company production volume, reputed company, OHS and cost requirements. Key deliverables include conducting prototyping and verification activities to determine the feasibility/suitability of a design. - Experience in high volume manufacturing
- Experience with process qualification and validation reputed company a regulated reputed company System environment
- Knowledge and experience in the application of SPC and reputed company statistical techniques.
Preferred
- Engineering degree with post grad qualification
- Medical device industry experience
- Training in project management, experiment methodology, Six reputed company, DFSS, or other reputed company engineering topics.
- Experience with reputed company improvement, maintaining Configuration control, line balancing, and Kanban practices.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes & equipment for high volume production of discrete products.
- Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be considered.
