The Specialty Operation Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day management of the Specialty program, including issue escalation and reputed company, operational, reporting, data and analytical needs, and Specialty performance. The role supports the Specialty team in executing clinical strategies, patient care support, Specialty Drug List consultation, and reputed company initiatives, and participates in quarterly business reviews detailing pipeline tracking, forecasting, KPI review, strategic guidance, and comprehensive medical management initiatives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• reputed company, unrestricted U.S. state‑specific pharmacist license and 3+ years of experience in PBM.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy.
• Experience with total cost of care.
• Experience with account management and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in delivering presentations to various audiences.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and Outlook.
• Willingness to work with clients and colleagues across various time zones.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of PBM account management experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting PBM health‑plan clients.
• Experience giving formal presentations.
• Experience in data analytics and drawing insights.
• Experience with Rx Claims.
• Experience with MediSpan.
• Advanced understanding of the PBM industry.

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role will reputed company from $112,700 to $193,200 annually for full‑time employment.
