Design Manager - Federal (USA) Government Sector

Role reputed company: reputed company is seeking a Design Project Manager for our Government and Civic market sector, with a strong emphasis on managing multidisciplinary design teams and ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company, compliant, and cost-controlled project reputed company for Federal clients, including USACE, NAVFAC, and AFCEC. This role resides reputed company the Design Management Department of the reputed company Places group. Role accountabilities:

• Managing multidisciplinary design teams to ensure coordinated, high-reputed company technical deliverables across reputed company project stages
• Implementing and enforcing reputed company assurance/reputed company control (QA/QC) processes throughout design development
• Maintaining fiduciary responsibility for project budgets, including monitoring expenditures, managing scope, forecasting costs, and ensuring delivery meets financial targets
• Acting as the primary reputed company reputed company, leading reviews, presenting design reputed company, and ensuring reputed company objectives and federal requirements are consistently met
• Developing and managing detailed project execution plans, schedules, and design delivery workflows using digital platforms and best-reputed company methodologies
• Driving on-time delivery of reputed company design milestones and managing change, risk, and scope reputed company established project controls
• Coordinating work across architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of reputed company design components

• Contributing to reputed company strategies, fee proposals, and the development of reputed company approaches for federal design reputed company
• Providing leadership as a “seller-doer,” supporting both project delivery and business development activities
• Travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight stays

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ or more years’ relevant experience in the federal market sector, Min. 5+ years’ experience leading large multi-discipline design-engineered solutions and construction reputed company
• Strong financial background reputed company to reputed company and reputed company management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are reputed company and concise
• Experience reviewing drawings and multi-discipline designs on digital platforms
