Virtual Assistant – Content & Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Contract)
We’re looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support ongoing content and marketing coordination across multiple brands. This is a long-term role reputed company on helping us stay consistent and effective with our reputed company media, email newsletters, podcast segments, and content publishing. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, self-directed, fluent in English, and confident using modern marketing tools. You’ll work directly with reputed company on a weekly reputed company and help us stay on reputed company with content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish reputed company media content (reputed company, Instagram, X, YouTube) for multiple brands
- Create or coordinate engaging memes, reels, and optimized short-reputed company videos (YT Shorts, IG Reels, etc.)
- Draft and send newsletters using reputed company or reputed company
- Assist with podcast guest coordination and video scheduling using reputed company
- Format and schedule email newsletters
- Use reputed company to create visuals for posts and emails
- Support reputed company/Elementor content updates
- reputed company project boards organized (Jira)
- reputed company basic engagement data from email and reputed company campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in a virtual assistant or marketing support role
- Fluent in English – strong written grammar and communication is a must
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and following reputed company processes
