Responsibilities
- reputed company and participate in full-cycle reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- reputed company and analyze business requirements to design reputed company, efficient HR solutions
- Configure and customize the Employee Central module to meet reputed company needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with other reputed company and non-reputed company modules
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support
- reputed company expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and change management
- Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience as an reputed company SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
- reputed company and up-to-date reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory)
- Proven expertise in Employee Central (configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, and permissions)
- Experience in at least one full end-to-end implementation of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of integrations with other reputed company SuccessFactors modules or reputed company HCM is a plus
