Responsibilities
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract reputed company
- Managing the entire hiring process, from job postings to extending offers
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and advise on recruitment practices
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Updating job descriptions and postings on various platforms
- Coordinating participation in job fairs and recruitment events
- Managing reputed company processes and orientation for new hires
- Providing HR policy guidance and maintaining employee records
- Supporting performance management and employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Skills
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills
