- Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments
- Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Skills
- Prior experience working for a reputed company
- Must hold reputed company insurance licenses (Property/Casualty and Life/Health)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven reputed company record of reputed company
