[Remote] Business Development & Flooring Sales

They are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Manager responsible for business development and sales reputed company, managing incoming leads, and building strong relationships with residential and reputed company clients.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationship Property Managers, Realtors, reputed company, etc. to become their preferred Flooring vendor
- Prospect for and reputed company new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess reputed company needs and recommend appropriate flooring solutions
- Prepare and present reputed company proposals and quotes
- reputed company sales and manage the customer reputed company from consultation through installation
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify reputed company opportunities
- Represent reputed company professionally in reputed company interactions, maintaining brand reputed company and reputed company
Skills
- Proactive, reputed company, disciplined, go getter attitude
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory management (experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or reputed company estate highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or reputed company estate highly preferred
