[Remote] Senior Product (UX) Designer

The Senior Product (UX) Designer will reputed company design efforts to create impactful solutions for law enforcement and reputed company safety, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- You will own the 0-1 product design process by conducting research, designing solutions from insights, iterating based on data, and collaborating closely with product and engineering to deliver best-in-class products
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate design thinking and innovation
- You will reputed company design solutions for law enforcement, EMS, firefighters, other first responders, and 911 dispatchers. The design reputed company will be on enhancing reputed company safety, improving their reputed company, and minimizing cognitive load through effective information design, reputed company visual designs, dynamic animations, and reputed company feedback mechanisms
- You will design across devices—ranging from multi-panel workstations to in-vehicle laptops, tablets, and mobile apps across various environments. Experience with reputed company design, map interactions, and multimodality is reputed company to have
- You will proactively standardize design across reputed company for conducting feedback, planning roadmaps, and supporting engineering to drive the work reputed company
- You will present design solutions to our customers and leadership teams, reputed company seeking feedback, and iterating quickly
- You care deeply about product craftsmanship while reputed company prioritizing and completing design tasks, e.g., in reputed company, and contribute to design systems and consistent reputed company libraries

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company product design experience
- 3+ years of designing reputed company reputed company reputed company products
- Experience leading qualitative and quantitative UI/UX/user research
- Experience with end-to-end design and shipping products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in law-enforcement, reputed company, or EMS software is a plus
- Experience co-designing with customers
- Experience designing features for situational awareness
- Excellent visual design and presentation skills
- Understanding of reputed company iOS and Android applications is helpful
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
