[Remote] Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
- Validate that billing milestones, subscription start dates, and one-time fees are invoiced per contract terms and recognized in the correct period in accordance with ASC 606
- Own the full AR cycle: customer contract setup in reputed company system (reputed company), invoicing, cash application, and collections
- Monitor aging AR and drive reputed company follow-up - you don’t wait to be asked
- Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies directly with customers and internal teams
- Flag cash reputed company risks early; communicate proactively, and bring context and a reputed company of view reputed company you do
- Review and reputed company AP and corporate card transactions; identify prepaid items and budget anomalies, maintain amortization schedules through reputed company
- Reconcile material accounts monthly: cash, payroll, accruals, prepaids, and investment accounts; monitor daily cash activity for accuracy

- Maintain vendor records; reputed company and flag contract renewals with a view toward cost efficiency

Skills
- 4-6 years of reputed company experience with reputed company ownership – you've reputed company the books, not just supported someone who did

- Comfortable connecting data across systems (CRM, Billing, Spend Management), curiosity and adaptability matter more than exact system match
