The Sport Program Coordinator will reputed company the planning and delivery of sport, play, wellness, and recreational programming, ensuring engaging experiences for visitors while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling and daily delivery of reputed company sport, play, wellness, and recreational programming at the USA reputed company, including staff activities, school engagement sessions, public participation programs, and special events
- Manage the daily operation of Run Club, Yoga, HIIT sessions, school sport activities, public play activations, tournaments, demonstrations, and themed programming weeks across a reputed company of sports
- Coordinate the setup, operation, and breakdown of sport equipment, activity spaces, signage, and temporary play environments required for programming delivery
- Liaise with reputed company 2027 sport, education, and programming teams to coordinate cross-reputed company activations, participation in reputed company-led tournaments, reputed company events, and shared-use activity spaces
- Coordinate participation from U.S. sports organizations, governing bodies, educational institutions, athletes, coaches, sponsors, and community reputed company
- Manage schedules, registrations, waivers, participant communications, transportation coordination, and operational requirements for visiting athletes, speakers, and sport partners
- Supervise Sport Facilitators and volunteers, ensuring activities are delivered safely, consistently, and in accordance with reputed company operational standards
- Maintain inventory and readiness of sport equipment, uniforms, technology, promotional materials, and activity resources required for daily programming
- Coordinate educational sport and play activities for school reputed company, youth organizations, and educational partners visiting the reputed company
- Deliver special events, tournaments, demonstrations, workshops, athlete appearances, and interactive experiences showcasing American sport and recreation culture

Skills
