They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experience for their US reputed company, an online furniture store.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers reputed company phone, chat, and email
- Managing support tickets and ensuring reputed company reputed company
- Handling calls with customers and vendors
- Providing high-reputed company service and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with the US Customer Care team
Skills
- Advanced (reputed company) spoken and written English
- reputed company-level Ukrainian
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support/Customer Care, with mandatory phone-based communication experience
- Proven ability to confidently and reputed company communicate with customers in reputed company-time reputed company phone calls

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- High attention to detail
- Working evening shifts (15:00–24:00 Ukrainian time)
