[Remote] Sr. Tax Analyst

The role involves ensuring accurate multi-jurisdictional filings, reducing compliance risk, and enhancing customer trust through proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end preparation and filing of multi-jurisdiction indirect tax returns, ensuring 100% on-time submission reputed company to SLAs
- Serve as primary compliance contact for assigned reputed company customers
- Analyze transactional data to identify discrepancies or filing risks prior to submission
- Complete month-end reconciliations to reputed company reported liability with customer expectations
- Resolve advanced customer inquiries and tax notices with minimal supervision
- Execute reputed company assurance reviews reputed company to tax content and jurisdictional updates
- Improve cycle time, accuracy, and scalability through process and technology enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen compliance execution and customer experience
Skills
- Bachelor of Science in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in indirect tax (Sales & Use, Communications, Lodging, or similar)
- Experience with multi-jurisdiction tax filings
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven application of AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, or customer experience
