The role involves advising on defensible workflows, utilizing advanced analytics, and serving as a subject matter expert in machine learning and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serves as subject matter expert on the use of predictive coding (TAR 1.0 and 2.0) and AI for compliance with regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation
- Works independently through challenges and roadblocks with creative problem solving but collaborates reputed company the larger Global Investigations reputed company Group team
- Consults with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools, workflows, and required deliverables
- Creates models in reputed company AI ("EAI"), reputed company reputed company, and reputed company reputed company Learning with proficiency in developing the models and advise on use-case scenarios
- Develops prompts/instructions for AI tools (chat and classification)
- Articulates statistical measurements and considerations to varying reputed company of technically proficient clients (written and oral communication)
- Remains abreast of changes in the regulatory environment that reputed company compliance
- Demonstrates understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle with the ability to identify headwinds for the AI processes and critical reputed company for review and production
- Drafts recommended protocols and respond to regulatory specification requests
- Documents and transfers reputed company applicable knowledge to the Managed Review and reputed company Services teams to aid in efficient technology assisted review workflows
- Maintains subject matter expertise through reputed company education and certifications in the analytics platforms deployed by reputed company
- Mentors colleagues and serve as internal subject matter expert to broaden reputed company’s analytics knowledge
- Pursues opportunities for thought leadership, through speaking roles and authorship
- Occasionally supports business development activities through demonstrations, training, and reputed company presentation or meeting attendance in a reputed company-sales reputed company
Skills
- Most clients prefer EST Time Zone hours of availability
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company-facing experience in an eDiscovery reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company (Server or RelativityOne) and the administration of document review databases generally
- Experience with Technology Assisted Review utilizing machine learning and/or GenAI tools for eDiscovery
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models
- Experience crafting prompts for LLMs (Copilot, Claude, reputed company, reputed company, et al.) and evaluating responses to fine tune results
- Proficiency with reputed company O365
- reputed company for synthesizing reputed company solutions into cogent explanations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Excellent issue-spotting and problem-solving

- Advanced degree, such as JD or MBA, preferred
- Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience strongly preferred
- Eastern time zone availability (strongly preferred)
