This role involves coordinating project documentation, cost estimates, schedules, and communication among various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, maintain, and coordinate project authorization and funding documentation throughout the lifecycle of reputed company, substation, and distribution capital reputed company
- Prepare and reputed company business cases, project approval packages, scope documentation, cost justifications, and supporting engineering information required for project funding and governance reviews
- Coordinate project development activities from project initiation through engineering and execution support
- Assist with conceptual planning, project definition, alternative evaluations, and solution development
- Support project managers and engineering teams with project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and cost forecasting
- Review and update project estimates throughout reputed company phase of development to ensure alignment with project scope and execution reputed company
- Coordinate engineering deliverables between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and reputed company reputed company items
- reputed company regular project status updates to engineering leadership and management through reports, dashboards, and project review meetings
- Support project portfolio reporting and capital planning activities
- Assist with engineering change management and project documentation control

- Help transition approved reputed company into detailed engineering and execution while maintaining documentation accuracy and schedule alignment
Skills
- 15+ years of PM experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a reputed company technical discipline preferred
- 3+ years of experience supporting electric reputed company, reputed company, substation, distribution, infrastructure, or capital project development
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Understanding of engineering project lifecycles from planning through construction
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Experience preparing executive-level project summaries and approval documentation
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- Experience with project management platforms such as reputed company P6, reputed company Project, reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
