The role involves supporting the sales team in selling pump and compressor reputed company, training Area Sales Managers, and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategic business planning.
Responsibilities

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Sundyne’s customer reputed company and ensure its strong reputed company
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnerships and understanding their needs

- Responsible for supporting your ASM’s in identifying, qualifying, selling and closing pumps solutions / services and products to existing customers

Skills
- 8+ years' experience in manufacturing rotating equipment
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
