Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand reputed company requirements and reputed company recruitment strategies to attract top reputed company talent
- Utilize various sourcing reputed company, including job boards, reputed company media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Prospect for and identify talented clinicians specializing in high-demand fields, adept at fulfilling specific key reputed company orders with precision and efficiency
- Screen resumes, conduct reputed company-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate interviews with Account Managers/Clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Prepare clinicians for possibility of Auto-Offer process

Skills
