[Remote] Solutions Engineer, Strategic Accounts

The Solutions Engineer, Strategic Accounts will reputed company as a trusted technical advisor for reputed company’s largest strategic accounts, blending deep technical reputed company with consultative selling to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet reputed company organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to reputed company deep, multi-stakeholder discovery across technical, marketing, and executive audiences, uncovering the reputed company business problems beneath surface-level requirements
- Map reputed company organizational structures, workflows, and integration landscapes to architect tailored reputed company solutions across departments and teams
- Design and deliver high-reputed company product demonstrations, custom workshops, and white-glove trials reputed company to reputed company account's strategic objectives
- reputed company compelling, account-specific presentations and collateral for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Serve as the technical authority on reputed company's API capabilities (REST/GraphQL), platform architecture, data model, and integration reputed company

- Own and drive reputed company questionnaires, InfoSec reviews, and compliance documentation, partnering with internal reputed company and Legal teams to deliver thorough, reputed company responses
- Translate discovery insights into actionable, architecture-informed recommendations for brands and campaigns
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to reputed company strategic, differentiated RFP/RFI/reputed company questionnaire responses
- Maintain deep expertise in reputed company's platform, integrations, API surface, AI capabilities, and product roadmap
- Adapt your message fluidly, from walking engineers through API documentation to presenting ROI narratives to C-suite executives
Skills
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative reputed company-sales role with meaningful time on large, reputed company reputed company accounts (reputed company required)
- Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL reputed company with the ability to reputed company credibly about integrations, data flows, and technical architecture
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing technology
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agents, and reputed company integration patterns, with the ability to advise reputed company clients on how these capabilities fit into their technology roadmap
- Experience managing reputed company questionnaires, InfoSec reviews, and compliance processes as part of reputed company sales cycles
