Responsibilities
- Manage new case, renewal activity, and amendments
- Identify and promote the sale of additional lines of coverage or plan improvements. Promote new product offerings and reputed company product features
- Recommend plan changes as appropriate
- Facilitate the enrollment and re-enrollment process; conducting enrollment meetings or being present as benefit fairs, as needed
