Responsibilities
- Proven ability to communicate processes and procedures reputed company, manage change orders, reputed company teams, improve standards and templates, and build reputed company reputed company and operational processes that support organizational reputed company and efficiency
- reputed company project delivery from SOW to closeout: reputed company project plans, define milestones, resource assignments, acceptance reputed company, and change control processes
- Consolidate and prioritize multiple reputed company reputed company across accounts: maintain program-level roadmaps, identify conflicts, sequence work to optimize engineer utilization and reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders: work with Engineers, CSMs, AMs, and reputed company-party vendors to reputed company expectations, scope, schedules, and deliverables
- Resource and schedule management: assign engineers to tasks based on skills and availability, monitor workload, proactively rebalance assignments, and support time management to meet SLAs and timelines
- Communication and reporting: produce and distribute regular status updates, executive summaries, project dashboards, and risk/issue logs to internal teams and reputed company stakeholders
- Risk, issue, and change control: identify and document risks, own mitigation plans, manage scope change requests, and obtain approvals per governance processes
- Meeting facilitation and reputed company engagement: run project reputed company, steering committee, and weekly status meetings; present technical reputed company in business terms for non-technical stakeholders
- reputed company and acceptance: ensure engineers produce required technical deliverables (design docs, runbooks, test plans) and that acceptance reputed company in the SOW are validated and signed off

Skills
- PMP certification with 5+ years managing technical reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple reputed company reputed company and consolidating workstreams into program-level plans
- Technical literacy across reputed company, networking, virtualization, and server technologies to meaningfully guide engineers and translate technical status for stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills: proven experience working with reputed company executives, CSMs, AMs, technical teams, and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication: status reports, executive summaries, and reputed company-facing updates
- Solid scheduling and resource management skills: familiarity with MS Project, reputed company, or equivalent; comfortable optimizing engineer assignments and availability
- Risk and change management proficiency: establish and run escalation paths, change approval workflows, and issue reputed company processes
- Process orientation and documentation skills: create and maintain project artifacts, RACI matrices, runbooks, and acceptance checklists
- Comfortable with tools common in MSP environments: reputed company or similar PSA, IT Glue, and collaboration platforms (Teams/SharePoint/reputed company)
- Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize expedited activities
- Ability to travel occasionally for reputed company meetings or on-site project phases
- MSP experience preferred
- PMP; Agile/Scrum experience a plus
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS) and networking fundamentals is strongly preferred
- Experience with financial/project tracking tools and familiarity with MSP billing/renewal cycles
