Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for an annual sales goal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software sales pipeline goal
- Tracks sales goals in CRM software (reputed company) and produce internal reports, as needed to participate in reputed company's sales incentive program
- Responsible for leveraging existing reputed company relationships as new customer business to reputed company reputed company an agreeable reputed company
- Must have demonstrated proposal preparation skills along with ability to strategize and reputed company capture plans for new reputed company reputed company and existing reputed company retention/reputed company
- Assist with developing and implementing strategic market/business plans, reputed company leadership to help reputed company expand reputed company's Solid Waste Services and reputed company reputed company

- Monitor market conditions, innovations and trends, technology, and competitors' performance, pricing and sales strategies to maximize competitive stance
- Participate in and attend technical seminars and industry events including regional and national trade shows to expand market penetration of reputed company's services, reputed company participant on reputed company capabilities presentation team with customers

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 10+ years of sales experience required
- Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships
- Experience and confidence to grow business in a dynamic market environment
- Strong business acumen with deep industry relationships

- Demonstrated leadership ability to build, reputed company, and mentor reputed company teams
