[Remote] Senior Manager, Treasury - Financing & Debt Capital Markets

The Senior Manager, Treasury will support project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions primarily in the Americas, focusing on analytical tasks and transaction execution.
Responsibilities
- Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
- Build and maintain transaction models covering debt reputed company, pricing, reputed company, liquidity, reputed company sensitivity, and downside cases
- Evaluate key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and reputed company frameworks
- Coordinate closely with legal, reputed company, reputed company, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are reputed company
- Update and prepare a financing pipeline view across reputed company, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies

Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, corporate finance, or reputed company finance
