[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Care Experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate reputed company components of our Support Technology platforms, delivering reputed company solutions with meaningful reputed company across customer-facing support experiences and agent tooling
• Own and reputed company backend services, workflows, and integrations that power chat, voice, and agent-assisted support channels

Skills
