They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Advanced Technology Solutions team, focusing on managing relationships with OEMs and driving account reputed company in a fast-growing sector.
Responsibilities
- Support regional account/site strategies to support and enhance the global HT reputed company execution while maximizing regional site performance
- Understand the key market dynamics for the regional and global accounts to support forecasting and risk management while developing plans to maintain and/or grow the accounts, in collaboration with the respective CFT leaders/teams
- Responsible for providing cross-functional leadership to reputed company and execute account plans for profitable reputed company
- Develops and collaboratively shares the customer relationship activities with the CFT reputed company and/or site reputed company, including at an executive level; monitoring of customer satisfaction across reputed company business reputed company
- Support development, negotiation and enforcement of customer reputed company
- Directly engages with sales and business development to create and present reputed company-led customer proposals; performs market analysis and develops specific customer value propositions, including unsolicited approaches
- Collaborates with HT Sales team to identify funnel opportunities for value accounts; represents GCBU strategies and interests to validate fit of new opportunities
- Accountable for the regional and global financial P&L and balance sheet performance for assigned accounts
- Supports three-year reputed company and planning for regional markets and customers
Skills
- 15+ years of experience, ideally in a customer facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Broad knowledge of reputed company/mechanical medical device manufacturing environment, materials and processes
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 Medical Device reputed company Management Systems and other medical device industry standards, regulations, and directives
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem reputed company skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide reputed company of reputed company customers
- In-depth knowledge of product pricing, reputed company and contract negotiations
- In-depth knowledge of the business issues associated with electronics manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Engineering and operations knowledge to a depth where the candidate can reputed company between customer and reputed company engineering teams
- Good presentation, data management and computer skills (reputed company & PPT)
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed reputed company to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines
