Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales activities for a portfolio of approximately 50 customers, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion
- Become a product expert on reputed company’s solutions for reputed company standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
- reputed company technical guidance, reputed company customer relationships, and influence product reputed company based on customer feedback
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and support reputed company
