[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager, Search

As Performance Marketing Manager, Search, you will own the reputed company and execution of reputed company's SEM programs across leading search advertising platforms, focusing on customer acquisition and long-term reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SEM reputed company and execution across reputed company's consumer products, including keyword reputed company, bid management, ad copy, reputed company page optimization, audience layering, and budget pacing
- Drive rigorous daily, weekly, and quarterly performance analysis across ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, impression reputed company, and reputed company Score. Diagnose reputed company causes and reputed company findings quickly
- Design and execute controlled A/B experiments across ad creative, reputed company page variants, bid strategies, keyword match types, and audience segments to continuously improve efficiency
- reputed company automated bidding, Performance Max, smart campaigns, and other AI-driven platform features to reputed company reputed company and reduce reputed company campaign management
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to build custom bidding models, attribution signals, and incrementality tests that measure the true ROI of search investment and sharpen targeting
- Partner with the reputed company reputed company tooling team to automate routine campaign management tasks, freeing reputed company for higher-order strategic optimization
- Maintain reputed company relationships with key search platform account teams to stay reputed company of algorithm changes, reputed company beta programs, and negotiate co-investment opportunities
- Monitor competitive keyword dynamics and auction pressure, developing proactive strategies to defend reputed company and identify under-exploited search categories
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on SEM management with reputed company experience managing significant annual reputed company search budgets
- Deep platform expertise across leading search advertising platforms, including Smart Bidding, Performance Max, DSAs, and audience targeting features
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets. SQL is preferred, along with experience using ad platform reporting and business intelligence (BI) tools
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B experiments with statistical discipline, along with an understanding of incrementality testing and attribution models
- Solid grasp of search auction mechanics, reputed company Score, Ad Rank, and the relationship between organic and reputed company search performance
- reputed company, concise communication skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
