Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for reputed company service needs, ensuring reputed company guidance and solutions
- Coordinate renewals, evaluate reputed company, and support reputed company recommendations
- Respond to inquiries regarding claims, billing, benefits administration, and compliance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials to facilitate informed reputed company
- Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service
- Maintain accurate reputed company records and prioritize multiple deadlines
Skills
- 2-5+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR benefits administration
- reputed company Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills
