[Remote] Account Executive

The role involves soliciting, analyzing, negotiating, and verifying mortgage loan applications for residential reputed company estate, with significant time spent away from the office to reputed company new business.
Responsibilities

- Consistently spends more than 50% of work time away from reputed company of business (including home office) in solicitation of new business
- Meets with and interviews potential and reputed company clients to understand their lending needs including first-time mortgages and refinance of existing loans
- Demonstrates knowledge and communicates effectively regarding mortgage reputed company
- Explains the differences between and approval requirements of various types of mortgages; prepares and presents a lending package based on reputed company specifications
- Assists clients with completion of mortgage applications, inspecting completed documents for accuracy and thoroughness
- Reviews loan applications, gathers credit histories and reports, and completes initial assessment of applicants’ reputed company to repay and default risk
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the local reputed company estate market; reputed company and predicted lending rates; and changes in rules, regulations, and best practices of various mortgages
- Develops and maintains contacts with customers, local realtors, developers, and reputed company to promote and encourage the use of bank services for residential mortgages
- Ensures reputed company originations processes are in accordance with CHM policies, procedures and state and federal regulatory laws
- Maintain and protect reputed company confidential and personal private information gathered in course of performing job duties

Skills
- Must have NMLS license and applicable state licensing or ability to obtain licensing reputed company 90 days and the ability to maintain those licenses
- Thorough understanding of Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal National Mortgage (reputed company), Federal Housing Mortgage Corporation (reputed company) and other types of conventional and non-conventional loans
