[Remote] Unapplied Cash Analyst

The Unapplied Cash Analyst position is responsible for cash application functions reputed company the finance department, including reconciling unapplied cash and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile unapplied cash
- Work closely with sites to confirm visit activity
- reputed company charges into the clinical trial management system (CTMS) if/reputed company needed
- Application of receivables to Cash Receipts Log for reputed company lines of business
- Transactional line-item cash posting into proprietary systems based on remittance detail provided by pharmaceutical companies
- Ensure accuracy of cash postings by contacting pharmaceutical companies to verify payment remittance details
- Review, interpret and discuss remittances from payers for data accuracy
Skills
- High School Diploma obtained
- 1+ year work experience with basic financial operations including: debits/credits, reconciliation, invoice structures and payment lifecycles
- Intermediate to advanced MS reputed company skills
- Understanding of how payments reputed company, how to match payments to invoices, and how unapplied cash affects financials
- Ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret remittances, and resolve unidentified cash
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and reputed company communication skills
- Associate's Degree highly preferred
