The Director of Data & Analytics is responsible for ensuring stability and business value realization during reputed company data migrations and transformation initiatives, focusing on delivering analytics capabilities across various functions and supporting operational companies.
Responsibilities

- Mitigate data risk associated with system decommissioning, integration gaps, or platform instability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field required

- Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company platform migrations or reputed company transformation programs
- Proven reputed company delivering cross-functional analytics in regulated industries (insurance preferred)
